Made to Order
Please note each item is MADE TO ORDER.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for orders to be shipped.
We do not accept responsibility for missing, stolen, or delayed packages once the package is dispatched to the delivery address on your order and the tracking number is provided to you.
Expedited Fulfillment Option
Should you require expedited fulfillment, please select the "Rush Fee" option at checkout under Delivery Options. The “Rush Fee” will ensure that your order will arrive within 7 business days.
In the event that we are unable to accommodate the expedited request, your order will be cancelled, and you will be notified via email with an explanation.
Returns
Due to the scale of our team, we do not accept returns unless there is a fault with the garment(s). In this unlikely case, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to process your return. We will reimburse you for your return shipping costs.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for size, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return label. Please return item(s) in original condition and packaging within those 5 days. Once you have shipped item back, your nominated size will be produced within the same pre-order timeframe as your original order and dispatched thereafter.
Import Taxes and Duties on International Orders
Postage does not cover any import taxes that may apply at the country of destination. We do not accept returns or issue refunds to customers on orders that were not received due to unpaid duties.
